5. How do I receive my affiliate commissions?
As long as you have a minimum of $200.00 after fees (see payout fees), you can request one payout a month and you will be paid automatically within the first 5 business days of each month. This time may vary depending on the country you reside in.

6. BingoBankRoll Affiliate Agreement
a. License
BingoBankRoll offers to its affiliate partner the non-exclusive right and
license to provide advertising and marketing services in support of its
sites at BingoBankRoll . The license is non-transferable and subject to the terms
and conditions detailed below and can be updated on an ongoing basis without
notice.
b. Term
Your Term will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application
and will end immediately on termination by either party. You will be responsible
to display our advertising (banners or other material) in a prominent
and appropriate position on your website. Termination of the agreement
by either party can be given at any time with or without cause. Affiliates
will not be paid under any circumstances for sales occurring outside of
the agreement term.
c. Changes and/or Modifications
BingoBankRoll has the rights to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time without notice. All changes or modifications will be posted on the BingoBankRoll Affiliate terms and conditions page. In the event that any change is unacceptable to you as an affiliate your sole recourse will be termination of this agreement.
This agreement is binding with the person(s) who the agreement has been originally set up with. Should there be a change in ownership or name change within this agreement the contract will be void and will automatically cancel. CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES CONTAINED IN THE POSTING.
d. Limitation of Liability
BingoBankRoll will not be liable under any circumstances for and damages
direct or indirect, special or consequential, or for any loss of revenue,
profits or data, arising in connection with this agreement or with any
affiliates use of the partners program, even if we have been advised of
the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will the aggregate
liability of BingoBankRoll related to the operation of this Agreement and its associated
program exceed the total referral fees paid or payable under the Agreement.
e. Payment
Commissions will be paid via
www.ewalletxpress.com (USA),
www.InstaDebit.com (Canada) and Neteller (other countries). Due to the increased cost of our e-commerce, effected June 2007 we will be charging a $50 minimum handling fee not including the processer charge..
f. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Panamá. Any action relating
to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located
in Panamá irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You
may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without
our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement
will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against
the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to
enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will
not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision
or any other provision of this Agreement.
g. Independent Investigation
Affiliates acknowledge and accept that they have read this agreement and
agree to the terms and conditions contained within it. Affiliates further
understand that we may at any time offer referral programs on terms that
differ from those continue in this agreement or that we may operate or
contract with web sites that are similar to or compete with your site.
Responsibility for evaluating and deciding on participation in the BingoBankRoll partners program rests fully with the affiliate partner.
This agreement details the entire understanding of the parties and no
representation guarantee or statement other than those within this agreement
forms any part of the agreement between the parties.

7.Inactive Affiliates
- An affiliate is considered inactive if he has not logged into his account during a 6 month period. At this time the account will be closed and any players will be absorbed by the house.
- Affiliates can not get commision from deposits made on their own player account. Should an affiliate be caught doing this their account will be closed and all commissions will be forfeited.
